Having Trouble Downloading?

ダウンロード完了後にそのファイルが見つからない

• ダウンロード前に保存先の指定を促す "save as" のダイアログが出ましたか？
  • 表示された場合、ユーザーご自身で保存先を指定しているはずです。ファイルはご自分で探していただく必要があります。
  • If no "save-as" prompt then the file is likely stored in the default Akamai NetSession cache location, i.e., the Cache folder inside the Akamai directory mentioned above.

• コマンドプロンプトを開く
• Change directory to the Akamai folder.
• AdminTool

  • ダウンロードが進行していない場合、0 として表示されますのでご注意ください
  • 進行中のファイルは AdminTool のアウトプットに「ダウンロード中」としてリストアップされます

コマンドラインを獲得する

Windows：

スタート -> 起動し、テキストボックスに cmd と入力、リターンキーを押す

OS X：

ファインダーウィンドウ-> "Applications"（アプリケーション）フォルダから、"Utilities" （ユーティリティ）フォルダを見つける。
"Terminal"（ターミナル）をダブルクリックする

ダウンロードが遅い

• コマンドラインプロンプトを開く（「コマンドラインを獲得する」のセクションを参照）
• 問題のある領域を探す
• ファイルを作成する - 各 OS ごとの方法は下記を参照
• 疑いのある領域をテストする
  • ダウンロードしたファイルの保存先　
  • ディレクトリインストール用のペアレントディレクトリ　
  • インストールディレクトリ内のキャッシュフォルダ

Windows：

• To confirm the file temp.txt exists, type : dir
